About ApotiowoMi
ApotiowoMi is a personal budgeting app for planning budgets, organizing categories, recording income and expenses, and reviewing spending history. The name is from Yoruba and means "my piggy bank."
Personal finance tool only
ApotiowoMi is provided for personal budgeting and informational purposes only. It is not financial, tax, legal, accounting, investment, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing your own financial decisions and consulting qualified professionals when needed.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your device, Apple ID, iCloud account, and passcode secure.
- Enter accurate information and review any parsed or categorized entries before saving.
- Make your own decisions based on your budget and financial circumstances.
- Use the app only for lawful personal purposes.
Data and backups
ApotiowoMi stores data on your device and may sync through your private iCloud account when available. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple ID and device backups. We do not operate a separate backend that can restore your app data for you.
Apple services
The app may rely on Apple services such as Sign in with Apple, iCloud, CloudKit, Keychain, Vision, camera permissions, and on-device system features. Your use of Apple services is also governed by Apple's terms and policies.
Subscriptions and purchases
If ApotiowoMi offers paid downloads, subscriptions, or in-app purchases in the future, purchases will be handled through Apple. Apple payment, cancellation, refund, and subscription rules will apply. Any available pricing or purchase terms will be shown in the App Store or in the app before purchase.
Intellectual property
ApotiowoMi, including its design, name, logo, text, and software, is owned by the developer or licensed to the developer. These terms do not transfer ownership of the app or its intellectual property to you.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the app, attempt to interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where legally allowed, use it to violate laws, or use it in a way that harms other people or systems.
Third-party links and services
The app or website may link to third-party resources such as Apple legal pages or App Store pages. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or policies.
Availability and changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms of Use. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
ApotiowoMi is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, financial losses, or business interruption arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
